PFAS and fluorine-free alternatives in lubricants and construction products

This report provides information on the use of PFAS-based lubricants and construction products: identification of substances, technical description of uses and emissions. Fluorine-free alternatives to these uses are also included.

The report also presents the results of an assessment of the emissions, economic and human/social impact of a total ban on all PFAS-based lubricants and construction products.
